When requesting help, include:

  • Final design sizes (in inches)

  • Quantity per design

  • Sheet width preference (if applicable)

  • High-resolution files

Do not send screenshots or compressed images.

Important – File Responsibility

All DTF gang sheets are printed exactly as submitted.

We do not:

  • Fix spelling

  • Resize designs unless requested

  • Remove backgrounds

  • Improve resolution

If your file is blurry, pixelated, or poorly cut, it will print that way.

To avoid white outlines:

  • Remove backgrounds cleanly

  • Zoom in and check edges

  • Avoid soft feathering

Recommended:

  • 300 DPI resolution

  • Transparent PNG, PDF, AI, or SVG

  • Build artwork at actual print size
