Production time varies depending on:

  • Service type (embroidery, DTF, sublimation, etc.)

  • Order quantity

  • Artwork readiness

Production begins only after:

  • Payment is received

  • Artwork is confirmed (if applicable)

Contact us in advance if you have a deadline.


Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
J.E.T. Stitching is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs processing (if applicable)

Once an order leaves our location, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility.


Damaged Shipments

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

We will review the situation and respond.
