1. What services do you offer?

We provide:

  • Custom embroidery

  • Logo digitizing for embroidery

  • DTF gang sheets

  • Digital printing

  • Sublimation printing

  • Stickers

  • Picture printing

  • Custom apparel and select home décor items

If you’re unsure which method fits your project, explain what you’re trying to produce and we’ll guide you.


2. Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. All items are custom-made. Because of the nature of custom apparel, we do not offer refunds or returns.
You are responsible for confirming spelling, sizing, colours, and artwork before submitting your order.


3. What file type should I submit?

Preferred file types:

  • PNG (transparent background)

  • PDF

  • AI

  • SVG

For printing, 300 DPI resolution is recommended.
Low-resolution or blurry files will print exactly as submitted.


4. Will you fix or adjust my artwork?

No. Orders are printed exactly as submitted unless paid design assistance is requested.
Improper background removal can result in white outlines on DTF prints.


5. What is logo digitizing?

Digitizing converts your logo into a stitch file for embroidery machines.
Embroidery cannot be done directly from a PNG or JPG file.
If your logo has not been digitized, it must be completed before embroidery begins.


6. What are DTF gang sheets?

DTF gang sheets allow multiple designs to be printed on one sheet.
They are ideal for:

  • Clothing brands

  • Events

  • Bulk logo transfers

  • Multi-size orders

DTF transfers are printed exactly as submitted.


7. What are your DTF pressing instructions?

  • Temperature: 290°F–310°F (we use 302°F)

  • Pre-press garment: 5 seconds

  • Press transfer: 8–15 seconds (medium pressure; we use 13 seconds)

  • Hot peel (or cold peel option)

  • Second press: 5 seconds with parchment/top sheet

Wash inside out. Expected durability: up to 50 washes.


8. Do you accept small orders?

Yes. We accept both single-item and bulk orders.


9. Do you ship or offer pickup?

Contact us to confirm current shipping and pickup options. Provide your location and order details when inquiring.


10. How long does production take?

Turnaround time depends on:

  • Service type (embroidery, DTF, sublimation, etc.)

  • Quantity

  • Artwork readiness

Contact us with your deadline before placing your order.


11. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Inspect your order immediately.
If defective, damaged, or incorrect, email jetstitching@outlook.com with:

  • Order details

  • Description of issue

  • Clear photos

We will review and respond.


12. Can you print copyrighted logos or branded designs?

You must have the rights or permission to use any logo or artwork submitted. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of trademarked or copyrighted material.
