Due to the nature of custom apparel and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Every item is produced based on the information you submit. Before placing your order, please double and triple check:

  • Spelling (names, businesses, dates, numbers)

  • Sizes

  • Colours

  • Placement details

  • Uploaded artwork

Orders are produced exactly as submitted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect (not what was ordered)

Contact us immediately at jetstitching@outlook.com so we can evaluate the issue.

When emailing, include:

  • Your name and order details

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Artwork & Customer Errors

We are not responsible for:

  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Low-resolution or improperly prepared artwork

  • Backgrounds not properly removed

  • Colour variation due to monitor display differences

Custom products are final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
