These Terms of Service govern all orders, services, and transactions with J.E.T. Stitching. By placing an order, submitting artwork, or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Custom-Made Products
All products are custom-made. Because of this:

All sales are final

No refunds or returns are offered

Orders are produced exactly as submitted
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, sizes, colours, and placement before confirming an order.
2. Artwork Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm:

You own the rights or have permission to use the design

The file is final and approved for production
-
The resolution and background removal are correct
We do not correct spelling, resize files, improve resolution, or modify artwork unless design services are specifically requested.
Low-resolution or improperly prepared files will be printed or stitched as submitted.
3. Logo Digitizing (Embroidery)
Embroidery requires a digitized stitch file. PNG, JPG, or PDF files are not embroidery files.
If your logo has not been digitized:

Digitizing must be completed before production

Additional fees may apply
Fine details, gradients, or extremely small text may not translate well into embroidery. Adjustments may be required for stitch quality.
4. DTF & Sublimation Application
For DTF and sublimation products:

Customers are responsible for following provided pressing instructions

Incorrect temperature, pressure, or fabric choice may result in application failure
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper application.
5. Colour Variations
Colour variations may occur due to:

Fabric type
-
Thread type
-
Heat press variables
-
Monitor and screen display differences
Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless previously discussed.
6. Production & Turnaround
Production time depends on:

Service type
-
Order quantity
-
Artwork readiness
-
Current workload
Deadlines must be confirmed before ordering. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or file issues.
7. Damages & Errors
Customers must inspect orders upon receipt.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us immediately

Provide order details and clear photos
Failure to report issues promptly may void eligibility for review.
8. Shipping & Risk
Once an order leaves our location, shipping carriers assume responsibility for transit.
We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

Delivery timing guarantees
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
9. Payment Terms
Orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to refuse service for:

Incomplete payment

Suspected fraudulent activity

Copyright or trademark violations
10. Limitation of Liability
J.E.T. Stitching is not liable for:

Customer-submitted spelling errors

Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Improper file preparation

Improper heat application by the customer

Lost profits or indirect damages
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
